"Rae Belle Gambs is seen with her husband, Roger, at their Atascadero, Calif. home. Years after Rae Belle's schizophrenic son held a gun to her head, the woman felt she had no choice but to purse criminal charges against her son—landing him in jail—after she felt the mental health system had failed her."
